To receive free shipping, you must pick up your product or make a purchase of $50 or more. If you wish to get free shipping, email me prior to placing your order.

Once you click on the "Custom Order" hat, directly under the 'buy now' button there is an option to ask the seller a question. Once you click it a new window will open and require your name, question, and email. Fill out the question stating you wish to place a custom order and we will discuss what you would like and how long it could take. Once we reach an agreement you may place your order.

Once you have decided on the item you like, click on it and then click 'buy now' and it will be placed in your cart. On this screen you will see what is all in your cart and a total of items and the price. If you would like more than one, then change the quantity to the number you would like. When your satisfied with your order, click proceed to checkout. Once at checkout, complete the form of your information and click next. The send payment page has your total, payment options, and message to the seller. NOTE: If you would like a variant ( different color eyes, etc.) you may put it here. Once you are satisfied with the order, click submit order.

It takes approximately 1-5 days to make the item then 2-5 days to ship the product.

The shipping prices for priority mail is $7.50 to mainland United States and $10.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.

It is very important that these products do not go into the washing machine or dryer because they can get caught and unravel. These products are hand wash only and air dry only.
